Sites I've already built

Every site on this page is finished, live on the internet right now, and owned outright by the business or club it belongs to. Club pages, business pages, and custom tools — find the one that looks like yours.

Business page · Trades & home services

Mr. Plumber 904

Twenty-eight years in the trade, licensed and insured, covering four counties — and nothing online at all. No website, no listing, no reviews. Someone deciding whether to let this man into their house at eleven at night had no way to check him out first.

mrplumber904.com

  • Phone number as a tap-to-call link in the nav, the hero, and the footer
  • Tap-to-email for the jobs that aren't an emergency
  • Licence number stated plainly, so a customer can verify him in a minute
  • Before-and-after job photos doing the work reviews can't do yet
  • Every service and every city he covers, written out and findable

The problem

A trade business with no web presence is invisible to anyone who doesn't already know its name. When a water heater fails, people search — and the plumber who turns up in those results gets the call, regardless of who has been doing the work longer.

What went in

One page carrying everything a customer needs before they dial: twelve services, four counties of coverage written out city by city, the licence number, before-and-after photos from real jobs, and an FAQ answering what he actually gets asked. Plumbing emergencies are urgent and unplanned, so the phone number sits in three places on every screen and the whole thing loads instantly on cell data in a driveway.

If this is you

Any trade or service business where the customer has to trust you before they let you in the door — plumbers, electricians, HVAC, roofers, pressure washing, lawn care, pest control, cleaning, handyman work, contractors. Same shape, your services and your service area.

Club page · Youth sports & community groups

Nassau County Heat

A youth volleyball club running tryouts, multiple age-group teams, and a season of tournaments — with all of the information that makes that work scattered across Facebook comments, group texts, and whichever coach happened to answer first.

nassauheat.com

  • Tryout dates, fees, rosters, coaches, and schedules in one place
  • Parent forms that submit straight to the club's inbox
  • Team pages a parent can find without asking a coach
  • Loads fast on a phone in a gym with bad signal
  • Schedule changes go up the same day, mid-season
Visit the site

The problem

Information that lives in a Facebook thread is gone in a week. Parents asked the same questions every season, coaches answered them one at a time, and a family thinking about tryouts had nowhere to look that felt official.

What went in

A page per team with its roster and coaches, tryout dates and fees stated up front, the season schedule, snack signups, and registration forms that submit straight through — no printing, no handing paper back at practice.

If this is you

Any club or organization that runs on volunteers and repeats itself every season — travel and rec sports, cheer, dance, scouts, booster clubs, churches, HOAs, veterans' posts, nonprofits. Anywhere the schedule changes and forty people need to know at once.

Cruise Offer Tracker

Casino cruise offers arrive by mail with codes, ship restrictions, and expiry dates that are close to impossible to keep straight on paper. I built a tracker that holds all of it in one place, and customers pay me to set up and run their own.

cruiseoffertracker.com
The Cruise Offer Tracker website

cruiseoffertracker.com

  • Every offer in one list with its code, ship, and expiry date
  • Flags an offer before it expires unused
  • Matches offers against real sailing dates
  • Each customer gets their own tracker, set up and maintained by me
  • Works on a phone, which is where you actually check it
Visit the site

The problem

The offers are genuinely valuable and genuinely confusing. Each one has its own code, its own list of eligible ships, and its own expiry — and the ones that quietly lapse unused are worth real money.

What went in

A tracker that holds every offer with its code, ship restrictions, and dates, then checks them against actual sailings so an offer can be matched to a trip that exists rather than one that might.

If this is you

If the thing costing you time is a spreadsheet, a whiteboard, or a stack of paper — scheduling, inventory, quotes, sign-ups, tracking who owes what — it can usually be built into something that works on a phone. Ask, and I'll tell you straight whether it's worth it.

How it goes

What working together looks like

  • You fill in a form

Instead of a long meeting. It asks for your services, hours, license number, service area, and photos. You answer it once, in your own time, and it becomes the site.

  • I build it and you look

You see the whole thing at a temporary address before your domain points anywhere. Nothing goes live until you've said yes to it.

  • It goes live and it's yours

Domain in your name, code in your account, and a written handover document explaining how to keep it running — including how to leave me.
