The prices are on the website

Most web designers make you sit through a call before they'll tell you a number. Here they are. If it's outside your budget you've lost thirty seconds instead of an afternoon.

One-time work

Builds

Half due on signing, half on approval before the site goes live
ServicePrice
Starter siteOne to three pages. Right for a one-person trade, a new business, or anyone who mainly needs to be findable and callable. $1,200
Business siteFour to eight pages. Separate pages per service, a gallery, an about page, a contact form. The usual choice for an established local business. $2,400
RedesignRebuilding a site you already have. Priced above a new build because inheriting someone else's setup takes longer than starting clean — chasing old logins usually costs more than the design. from $2,000
Google Business ProfileCreated, verified, categorized, and set up with the right service area. Quoted separately because it's worth having whether or not you hire me for a site. $350
Ongoing

Maintenance

Optional, and it's the same idea as the service plans you already sell your own customers: a small amount monthly so nothing breaks, instead of a big bill when it does.

Cancel any time — the site and domain stay yours
PlanPrice
MonthlyHosting, domain monitoring, uptime checks, and two content changes a month. $75/mo
AnnualThe same thing, billed once. Two months cheaper and one less invoice to think about. $750/yr
Extra changesAnything past the two included each month, or work on a site not on a plan. Billed in quarter hours. $95/hr
What isn't in the price

The honest asterisks

  • Your domain

Roughly $15 a year, registered in your name on your card. I'll set it up with you, but I won't own it. That's not a policy I'll bend on — it's the thing that keeps you free to leave.

  • Photography

Your phone is usually fine and I'll tell you what to shoot. If you want a professional, I'll recommend one and you pay them directly.

  • Ads and monthly SEO

I don't sell either. Your Google Business Profile and a fast site cover most of what a local business actually needs, and I'd rather say that than sell you a retainer.
